Dulay Seymour - brand guardians for Synthomer

Dulay Seymour has recently become the total solutions provider of design and marketing for global chemical company Synthomer.

Part of the multi-million pound manufacturing group - Yule Catto, Synthomer develops and markets polymers used in a wide range of industries. As consumers, everyday we handle products that have been improved or enhanced by Synthomer's scientists, such as a packet of breakfast cereal, a can of hairspray or a tin of paint.

Through targeting speciality niche segments within markets, Synthomer has achieved astounding growth since it's first production site opened in Harlow (UK) in 1952, and has now become active in all major regions of the world including - Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

As a result of having sites all over the globe, Synthomer's marketing materials have become somewhat sporadic over the years. Instructed by the marketing team at Synthomer's headquarters in Harlow, Dulay Seymour has been tasked with making the current marketing materials consistent - worldwide.

Marketing and Communications Manager of Synthomer, Laura Prime says, "We've brought Dulay Seymour in to be our brand guardians. The projects they've carried out for us so far are successfully being used all over the world, and we have plans in place for Dulay Seymour to help make the future of Synthomer's marketing much more coherent." The design team are currently completing detailed brand guidelines for Synthomer.

Laura Prime says, "These guidelines are going to make our lives at Synthomer so much easier. It's impossible for our head quarters to monitor all marketing materials that go out into the public globally, with these guidelines each division will know exactly what they need to do to keep the brand strong."

As an extension to this, Dulay Seymour have been working on marketing materials and exhibition displays for parent company Yule Catto.
